Welcome to our cleaning services platform. By accessing our website and engaging our services in Singapore, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Service Agreement

By booking any cleaning service through our website, you enter into a binding agreement with our company. Our cleaning services are provided for residential and commercial properties within Singapore. All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee availability during peak periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. Any changes to scheduled appointments must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayNow. For regular cleaning services, payment is due upon completion of service. For first-time customers or one-time deep cleaning services, a deposit of 30% may be required. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 14 days' notice to existing customers.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 12 hours in advance will not incur any charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that our cleaning staff have safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning. You are responsible for securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival. Please ensure that pets are secured in a separate area during the cleaning service. You must provide access to water, electricity, and any specific cleaning products if required. If access is denied or restricted on the scheduled date, standard cancellation fees will apply.

6. Service Quality and Guarantees

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues arising from client-provided equipment or cleaning products, or areas that were inaccessible during the original service.

7. Liability and Insurance

Our company maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all our cleaning staff. We accept responsibility for any damage directly caused by our negligence during service provision. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items that were not properly secured. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your information will only be used for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if our staff encounter unsafe working conditions, threatening behavior, or illegal activities on the premises. Regular service contracts may be terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
